Annie's Ginger Cookies

2 c. Canola Oil
2 c. Molasses
4 Eggs
2 c. Honey

Mix at high speed. With mixer off add:

4 tps. Cinnamon
6 Tbls. dry Ginger
3 Tbls. Baking Soda
2 c. Dry Milk powder
1 c. Wheat Germ
8 c. W.W. Flour

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate dough for at least 24 hours. Scoop onto cookie sheet and slightly flatten. Bake at 350 for approximately 9 min. Enjoy!
